"It was good, they just need to upkeep on their cleaning more."

Rooms were somewhat clean, beds were comfy.

There were no towels for the swimming pool or extra towels available for our room. And there was absolutely no hot water.. they said they were fixing it as I came to the counter to check out. Also there was garbage from the previous person around the mini fridge.

I was charged twice for the same stay, and the hotel’s response was deeply unprofessional. Brittany, who identified as the front desk manager, raised their voice, refused to help resolve the duplicate charge, and hung up on me several times. A billing error is frustrating enough, but the hostility and refusal to provide basic assistance made the situation worse. Management should seriously review how this complaint was handled.

"Great family stay with all the perks to make you want to stay longer."

The location was within a 10 minute drive to the airport with a gas station on the way to fill up the rental car. The breakfast was good and kept well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the room looked and felt well kept and clean. My kids were asking why we had to leave our trip. They wanted to stay one extra night for the hotel game room and swimming pool area.

We had hiked that day and arrived after 10pm. It would have been real nice to sit in the hot tube for 30 minutes, but we were too late.
