Parking was close to entrances, and location was nice.

Terrible experience. Refrigerator in room did not work, had groceries go bad and forced to eat out. Asked for some ice, and the hotel clerk said to use my freezer to make ice. (After i told them my refrigerator/freezer doesn't work). Room was dirty and run-down, found a dead roach in the kitchen area.

Our party of 5 all had a place to lay our head.

I paid 114 for a room with two double beds. The size was adequate but there were many problems. I wish we had tried sleeping in a parking lot in our car. The air system in the bathroom was filthy and open a hole in the wall. It did not operate. The tub drain was disgusting. The drawer on the stand between the beds was nasty. There was gum matted in the carpets. There was a hole in one of the electrical outlets just big enough to stick your finger into. The staff did not care. We did not have a bell cart so I had to climb twenty flights of steps total to pack our car. Never again. I wish I could post the photos. Y’all nasty af!!!!

There was clogged hair in bathroom drain and water in kitchen was not hot anair conditioner did not work at first and no light bulb in one light I called and asked them to come look but no one came I was not haop

Breakfast wasn’t great. If you went down about 8 and not much there and no coffee. The fridge in the room made noises all night kept you awake and only one cart to use

Check in receptionist very rude. Bed very uncomfortable and room really outdated. The “breakfast” is a muffin and coffee. Place could use some new staff and updating and it might be an okay stay.
