Extended Stay America Suites - Columbus - Tuttle

I recently stayed at the Extended Stay America in Dublin, OH, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival at 11 PM, I encountered two men in the parking lot, one of whom was shirtless, engaging in loud conversation. This made me feel uneasy and raised concerns about the hotel's security. Entering my room, I discovered that the sofa bed lacked essential bedding—no sheets, blankets, or pillows were provided. I had to contact the front desk and wait for these items to be delivered, which was inconvenient after a long day of travel. The room's condition was disappointing. The carpet had noticeable bald patches, and the baseboard trim along the walls was deteriorating and rotting. The leather recliner in the room had several rips and tears in the cushion, adding to the overall sense of neglect. The bathroom was particularly unappealing; the bathtub was grimy, and the tiles appeared to have been hastily painted over, giving the space a neglected and unclean feel. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking comfortable and well-maintained accommodations.

Property was lit up safe very easy to get from the interstate and back on. Staff was very polite and friendly took care of our needs

Def not worth 3oo$/night. Bathroom was Gross, Kitchen and furniture old

Room carpet very dirty and stained. Mold on exterior windows and wall.

The place is amazing Ms.Sherise and Tito are very professional and great worker. They always willing to help us during the stay. We thanks them for the hard work. The housekeeping Juana keeps the room very organized and cleaning.We are felling very welcome and appreciate the level of care they doing in this facility.

Wasnt the cleanest room. Had people smoking weed right outside door as well as drinking so as you go out door you had to fight through that as well as door was a pain to get into. Door knob on inside door didnt stay on and 2nd tv you had to keep angled so the wifi / cable worked lights didnt all work in room.

Miss Shariese is an Amazing Person and Awesome to Conversate with. She Made Me Feel Welcome and made the Hotel Experience Super Nice and Easy! Thank You for the Great Experience and the Great Hospitality...............................
