I certainly did not like being double charged from booking.com and the hotel. Not sure who was at fault, still waiting to hear. Nothing in the morning was good to eat (bars and muffins). Girl the was at the desk seemed annoyed we were there

Nice place and close to restaurants. Clean and spacious.

Had to look for a front desk person to check me in. Room could have been cleaner. Couldn’t adjust temp in room. Felt like the floor wasn’t sturdy in some places in the hallway, and felt the same way in bath tub. Shower fixtures were very hard to adjust

Shariese was very helpful and resourceful during our stay. The stay wouldn’t have been the same without her! She was kind and very generous with her time.

I cannot recommend staying at this hotel. We were misled by the ratings. It is difficult to comprehend how this place has achieved a score of 4.4 out of 5. We were on vacation and had booked a suite for a family with children, but this hotel entirely ruined our plans. It was an awful experience. A strong, unpleasant odor is the first thing that strikes you upon entering the room and a urine smell in bathroom. The bedding was disgusting, stained (it was unclear whether it was food or bodily fluids). The room was filthy, with a dirty floor, dirty curtains, broken and half-open windows, a dirty couch, and clear evidence of poor housekeeping. We could not sleep due to loud noises late at night. The toilet was dirty, the door handle was broken, and the bathtub was filthy with green mold around the drain. I had to ask for an air freshener from the front desk to make it somewhat livable for a night, but the air freshener did not work at all. We had booked the hotel for two nights, but since we arrived late, we had to stay for one night and checked out the next day. The issues were conveyed to the front desk directly and through email, with pictures sent to the manager, but no steps were taken to resolve them, and we were not offered a room change. Avoid if you can!

Outside building looks good. Inside is dated. A mini muffin is not what I call breakfast. Bugs in the room. Microwave caught fire. Poor drainage in tub and sink.

Only pleasant thing was the friendliness of evening staff.

Smell of room. Hair in bath tub and dead roach in bathroom as is the bath had not been cleaned. Breakfast consisted of a choice of muffin or granola bar.

Not great but we were only staying for the night. We got a place to sleep and it was what we payed for.
