The room was very clean and beautiful and all the staff were very helpful and friendly!

Not bad overall

Overall it was a nice place. The bathroom did not have a fan which was odd though. Also the pullout sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The staff were super friendly and the place was clean.

The only negative a can give them is the furniture, doors, etc looked a little used. Other than that, hotel was clean, people were nice, and breakfast was good. Also in a nice area too.

Great experience at this hotel. Desk staff friendly and efficient on checking in. Room was great, lovely and clean lots of space and very comfortable. Beds were excellent a great night's sleep. We stayed here 10 days, to explore Pennsylvania. The staff here are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Ryan, the manager was great, taking the time to get to know his guests. He has a great team here. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the state highways. There are many restaurants nearby in walking distance, which is great as only breakfast is catered for here. All in all, would recommend this hotel.

Total thieves. Prepaid 5 night stay and walked to hotel 30 minutes away. Hotel I was walked to charged me $187. I paid $225 per night through Expedia. Notified my request for a refund of one night of five was denied!!! I did also ask for compensation for being walked to a hotel 30 minutes away not to mention having to unpack and pack to get back to hotel and that hotel I was walked to was inferior and also denied that request. To make it worse when my wife checked in the next day they hit her for $17 extra charge on a prepaid room. A total disaster.

Excellent hotel with super clean rooms and very friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was great too!

They clean the room every other day

I Checked in on August 31 which seem nice until i sat on the sofa which smell so bad I had to spray it and place a sheet on top I inform the front desk and she said it will be clean the next morning was a horrible breakfast half cooked bacon running eggs and the presentation was just awful then to top it all off if you need some thing from housekeeping the don't understand english how are you working in america and speak no English it gets even worsts we need our room clean and freshen up that the beauty of vacation someone else makes your bed but no bed was made we had no clean towel the dirty one was still lying in the bathroom they didn't even put toilet paper in the room I understand you dont make beds but every other day but at lease change the linen and I spoke with the front desk at 1;00pm that i needed a clean up trash over flowing and dirty linen it was now 5:00pm when i return to this when Mary answered the frontdesk I ask to speak to manger she said there's none there and i would need to wait till tomorrow I told her I have no toilet paper she just put me off I called back demanding to speak with management she place me on hold I called back again a mary needs customer curtesy
