They were very accommodating when we arrived our room had this annoying beeping sound that couldn't be shut off. They moved us immediately.

"Spacious, gracious staff, but new beds pls!"

Located right next to the biggest and best shopping center ever, it was also just 18min away from Koziars Christmas Village! The front desk lady graciously reminded us to bundle up:) and while breakfast was tasty, i don't think the taco toppings were very popular. The room was definitely very spacious!

The breakfast lady was very punctual with her 9am clean up and while she didn't seem very friendly at first, she did give time to late folks to finish making their waffles. 9am seemed a little too early in my opinion to end breakfast. The bed was also too soft , or maybe too old?, but definitely NOT enough support - i woke up achey! And I'm only 41!

"A nice little staycation"

I loved that it was right on the same road as numerous restaurants and shopping centers. Even nicer having a Texas Roadhouse right next door for easy pick up. The free breakfast was wonderful.

My only complaint was my room being directly next to the housekeepers closet. There was constant noise outside my door from them having to go in and out and it had me thinking someone was trying to come into my room.
