The stay was great employee was very helpful. The pool was closed a little upset, but overall can not complain. GM outstanding .

Good safe location, quiet place. Easy acces to main roads and many services in the area. Friendly helpful staff. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very outdated and in need of serious upgrades. The staff are doing a great job with what they have, but you can only paint over holes so many times. Pool was closed prior to our check in. I would of never booked this hotel if I knew the pool was closed. Very disappointed kids when they saw the lime green jello water in the pool.

The room was not clean, had a dirty bathroom, had a bad wifi connection, and needed to go outside for a better connection. Nothing compared to the other ESA that we used to stay.

The room was dirty and old, and there was no maintenance at all for a long time.

The staff was awesome

There was dried blood on sheets

There was a whole that was molded, mold on the soap dispenser. The couch had a hole in it. When we brought it to management attention all they did was make a note of it but didn’t seemed surprised or concerned.

There was a woman named Iris? Anyway, she was at the front desk claimed she’s worked there for like six years. She proceeded to scream at me down the hall. I asked her if she was OK as she seemed upset. She lashed back with a smart comment and a big attitude. I will never return to this property.
