The staff was nice and check in went smoothly. But there were used towels in the bathroom and #2 in toilet. The sheets were stain and the floor was dirty. If the noise from the kids didn’t keep you up at night the loud air conditioner did.

Diunte Finley was very helpful and attentive. He got me checked in, in a timely matter and explained all the details to me thoroughly. The property was very clean and organized, my room was very comfortable and clean as well. The area around the hotel was very nice and quiet and the location was around around a lot of restaurants and right across from a mall. The expressway was also near the hotel as well.

Waited 20 minutes at check in for anyone to show up. Person was not welcoming at all. No smile. No personality. Only spoke when he had to. All glass surfaces (windows and doors) were very dirty. Mattresses were great! Breakfast was gone by 830 even though they were supposed to supply it until 9:00. Very disappointing.

I have been out of my home since July due to electrical problems this has been the best experience as feeling like home for my daughter and I thank you all,!! Martel front desk night shift was Very Welcome from the first phone call and played a major part in me extending my stay
