Disgusting room, door locks did not work properly, entire room and towels smelled of smoke. Roaches in bathroom. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I was on a business visit and booked this place. Toilet was dirty with no regular house keeping. Even on request they didnt cleaned the toilet. Rooms did not had enough lights and even after asking for a lamp it was not provided. Kitchen didint had even a single spoon or a cup. I found that the fridge was not clean either as someone's food (stale food) was lying in the fridge when I checked in. No soap in bathrooms. Switches in room either didnt worked or were broken. Corridors were filled with smell of smoke and I felt very unsafe. Horrific stay!!!

Good location. Big room

Roaches. Rude clerk. Kitchen faucet leaked a lot for entire stay. Kitchen light burned out and never repaired.

"Rude clerk, lousy maintenance"

Tried to send this to corporate. No matter how short, got same error message -- "message can't exceed 2500 characters." *** I've stayed here several times. VERY rude clerk today. Blonde woman, chunky, 50s. Today was the FIFTH TIME my key failed. Tossed key down to get it fixed. She said, "I'm not your dog. Pick it up and Hand it to me." !!! Rude, mean attitude. No excuse for all these maintenance failures. The sink water faucet has been running for 6 days, and it still not fixed. The fluorescent light does not work. Killed several small roaches first day and used can of bug spray in room.
