Extended Stay America Suites - Austin - Northwest - Research Park

My room had no pillows no shower curtain and there was tile missing in the bathroom. I had to switch rooms and the door would not unlock on the second room. Then I had to move again and everything was old outdated and in very poor condition.

Horrible looked like a crack head building people living in the parking lot

lots of homeless people hang around at night, outside the building and inside.

The location

A dining table in the room with no chairs. a top sheet with a very thin blanket on the bed. Two VERY small pillows (lucky we brought our own). No chairs in the "breakfast area: dining room. No pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, etc. in the kitchenette in the room. Missing a lightbulb in the bedroom. Shower curtain was too short, so water got all over the floor, No hair dryer and they couldn't "find" one. Ironing board but no iron. NO breakfast as advertised. Out of coffee constantly EARLY in the morning. NO ICE MACHINE!!! The management and staff obviously didn't care what anyone thinks about how they run this place, and it shows. They DO NOT CARE! This place is terrible. It doesn't have to be. It's 100% due to owner/management neglect.

I would just like to write a review on this hotel and the staff. The assistant manager Donice is very accommodating. She has made our stay amazing. She always is so nice to my family. When we see her, she is asking if she could help us with anything and how we are enjoying our stay. She is always going up and beyond for the customers. I just love this hotel it is so nice and friendly. She is doing an amazing job.

So gross water backed up bugs everywhere sketchy

Water pressure in shower was good and property mostly quiet.

Room was DINGY and not well taken care of. Floors were gross and sticky all over the room. People smoking weed right outside back door entrance. Furniture placement in room not optimal for comfort. Room as a whole just old, not up kept, and dirty. We will never stay here again.

Donice and staff have been very accommodating and nice during my stay they are friendly and always willing to help. Go above and beyond to make sure the stay is comfortable thank you for all you do here. I would recommend this hotel to stay……..
