Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Beaumont Plaza (I-10 & Walden) by IHG

Large property. Old but clean. Spacious rooms. Easy access from freeway. Close to restaurants

Someone pulled the fire alarm at like 2:30 am and no manager went around to tell you it was okay or to get out. We jumped out of bed got our stuff together to leave and wondered were everyone else was. Like 5 minutes waiting with other visitors. Then no explanation or discournt was given.

Fridge didnt work ac was sub par

Loved how nice the staff were and very attentive and professional. The beds were so comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Loved the little bar area in the lobby and how nicely it was decorated for the holidays. We would stay there again.

Garbage. The air conditioner in our room did not work. Although it was in the forties outside, the room was hot. The night clerk was less than empathetic. He gave me a key to another room saying, “go check and see if the AC works.” It’s MY job at midnight to not only find out if this next room has air, but to also move all of our stuff to it - we are here for a sports card show, we have a LOT of stuff that would need to be moved. I am not impressed with this property. We travel a lot, over eighteen trips this year alone, this property has to be the worst we have experienced. Being midnight and having to awake early to set up for the show we chose to stay in the hot room tonight. I do not recommend this property. I think the night guy needs to have a lot more empathy for guests, and we will not revisit this property even if another card show is held here. Absolute garbage property. I do not recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay. Our room was very clean and we had very good night’s sleep.

Front desk staff was rude and cursing refused to let us speak to a manager, the bartender was only server in restaurant and said she didn’t feel like working which was understandable she had no help , restaurant food came out frozen and not cooked or raw and took over an hour

The hotel was ok for what it was but my card has been on hold for three weeks.

The place was nice and comfortable. It did rain and some how the water did get in our room from the window.
