Not a single glass in the room. Very loud refrigerator. Kept me up all night.

Horrible! I booked a room on Expedia and when I called to have them send me a shuttle to the airport, the person that answered the phone said that there were no rooms available, no shuttle, no cleaning people, nothing. He said that he could not help me with this and hung up the phone.

Very dirty towels on the floor when we walked in, white powdery substance all over the floor in the bathroom, no hot water

We had great time at concert and back to the very comfortable room thank you🙃👀💚

I should have read other reviews before booking this but I was in a hurry. The staff was friendly on the phone & at the front desk. The surrounding area is nice enough but the room itself was horrible. The foul stench of human body odor was overwhelming. The carpet felt greasy & I had to leave my socks on. Even the clean towels didn't feel clean. Bathroom light was out. Had to flush the toilet twice. I arrived at 11 pm so I stayed the night. Although I paid for 2 nights, I couldn't take the smell for another night so I found another place. I will never book an Extended Stay America again unless I see the room first.

I have stayed at other Extended Stay properties and this was by far the worst experience. With the front desk person telling me to yell for her to come up to the desk to check me in to a smelly hallway to the room that smelled of marijuana, if I hadn’t paid for the room I would have left to try and get another hotel! As for the room, it was disgusting. From the moment I stepped in, it was dark, with limited lighting and one of the lamps didn’t have a lightbulb. No hairdryer or anything that a standard hotel room has. The toilet seat was sliding off when you sat down, and in order to flush, you had to take the top of the toilet to the tank off and manually push a lever to get it to fill the tank back up with water. The room was filthy, old pizza crust on the floor, that it felt

The hotel room appeared to be very clean, even though the staff was limited. Charlene was very helpful. There is another Extended Stay America right next door and a bit confusing as to which hotel I actually had a reservation for.

Hotel was sold out. Travelocity continued to sell non refundable rooms, the lobby was chaos.

Bugs in the room and no lights were working in the bathroom

Check in was smooth and directions to building were given clearly and precisely.
