Clean but not maintained very well. I forgot to add to my comment about the heater. I think the filters needed cleaned . Every time it heated up we could smell it and today our eyes are burning and watering all day. Smelled of cigarettes bad in halls . Our bathroom door was falling off. And you could see around the lock on the door where it had been hit hard and broke the door around the lock. Didn’t feel safe

The property was excessively noisy, making it difficult to rest. Cleanliness was also a concern, with cigarette butts scattered throughout the grounds and the overall upkeep appearing neglected. Upon arrival, our room was not properly stocked. Essential items such as towels, hand soap, and sufficient toilet paper were missing. After requesting these items twice without resolution, we discovered that the laundry and storage rooms were left unlocked. We ultimately had to retrieve fresh towels, toilet paper, and hand soap ourselves — something that should never be the responsibility of a guest. The breakfast was also disappointing in both quality and presentation. Overall, aside from its convenient location, this hotel fell short in service, cleanliness, and basic hospitality standards. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.
