Breakfast was ok. Location was good.

Had to wait 20 min to check-in and then another 15 min because my room wasn't cleaned. It was 8 pm and my room wasn't ready, very frustrating.

The location was close to the airport.

There was no elevator and we had to carry all our luggage up two flights of stairs. I wouldn't have booked this hotel if I knew that. The room was dirty with damaged furniture.

The only real highlight was the staff—they were genuinely kind, helpful, and did their best to make up for everything else. The bed was also comfortable enough for a short stay.

The price was absolutely ridiculous for what was offered—this was nowhere near worth $145 a night. The facilities felt run-down, the furniture was outdated and poorly maintained, and overall the place just didn’t live up to even basic expectations at that price point. It felt like I was paying premium rates for a subpar experience.

I only stayed here as it was after a long day of screwed up flights. I was stuck and Delta reserved this room for me. Delta should be very ashamed of that! This whole building - you name it - was disgusting. I can't over state that enough. Just don't go. Don't ever go here. The bench you thought sucked in the airport to sleep on? Much, much better.

Absolutely nothing it was truly a nightmare experience.

Everything. Room was filthy and neglected. It smelt like mildew. Housekeeping STOLE a $400 smart watch (can prove it based on location data and pin attempts). Check in was abysmal. Everything was awful
