I liked that the place had a bathtub and the amenities was nice. They had a coffee maker, microwave and fridge which are essential needs for me when I travel.

I didn’t like the smell of Indian Spices throughout the entire building, I love Indian Food itself. But I couldn’t not escape the heavy smell throughout the hotel as well as in my room, even had it lingering on my clothes when I went to an event that someone commented on if I ate Indian Food today, and I hadn’t. All I did was walk through the hotel and stay in my room .

Pictures are fake. It was the worst stay we have ever had. Not even being dramatic.

The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing. A hotel map would have been helpful. I didn’t realize there were two separate room lots so I wondered around looking for my room.

The only good thing about this location is the proximity to the airport

I booked this hotel through Booking.com and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. We had been hiking all week and arrived with multiple bags, so accessibility mattered. At check-in, I was asked if a second-floor room was okay. I requested a first-floor room, only to be told none were available—so I’m not sure why the question was even asked. There is also no elevator, which made carrying all of our luggage upstairs extremely difficult. The layout and directions were also frustrating. We were told there was no back entrance and not to drive around, so we carried everything through the main lobby and all the way to the end of the building. After doing that, we discovered there is a back door and parking lot right by the room—but the door lock didn’t work properly, meaning anyone could potentially enter the building. That raised serious safety concerns. The room itself had multiple issues: • The door stuck and had to be forced open • The hotel was very hot with no AC running • Lamp outlets were broken, and one sparked when turned on (very unsafe) • Towels appeared dirty • Air vents were rusted Customer service overall was not helpful, and the condition of the property did not meet even basic expectations. This was our last night after a long trip, and it ended up being the worst stay of the entire week. I would not recommend staying here.
