Over all it was a good stay. The room was nice. It was clean. Maintenance of the room was good. Didn’t have much to offer for breakfast. The muffins were terrible dry. The coffee didn’t have much flavor. At entrance #2 the outside door could just be pulled open. It never locked. That is very bad for security.

Good breakfast

They charged $20 if you had a pet and then made me sign something saying I would not leave my pet in the room alone even for a short time. That's not my definition of Pet Friendly. Booking.com charged an extra $14.80 supposedly for taxes and haven't responded to my complaint. I couldn't close the window so the room was cold.

I wanted to stay in this location to ride URV trails. Friendly service and a fair price. Lots of guests staying there and overall it was very quiet. I would stay there again.

It looks like they were under construction doing updates and so far what they had done made it look very cozy; like a cabin. Very fitting for being up north surrounded by all those trees.
