Quality Inn Rhinelander

We will start with the lobby. The lobby was a great room, very pleasant and nicely appointed. The staff Nicki was fantastic, staff after her shift were lousy. They wouldn't talk, would just grunt and mostly ignored you. The pass keys did not work to get in from outside to inside, because the doors were rusted shut and very hard to open. Once inside the hallways smelled very musty and once into the room there was a very moldy smell which triggers my wife's asthma. The room was not cleaned very well, stains on the chair seats, used coffee pod was left in the coffee maker. In the bathroom the shower curtain was dirty (brown marks), used toilet paper, partial box of Kleenex. When we asked them to provide clean towels and toiletries, they never did (we did leave out the door tag, and this was in the same place where we left it when returning to our room). After all of this, we did think that the beds were clean. We were in a double queen room where pets were allowed. The back parking lot where we were directed to drive through was in horrible shape. We are sorry we stayed there, and we will never stay there ever again. (We did think that the breakfast was very good, we got in right after it opened and everything was hot and tasty.) Our stay was August 15 & 16, 2025

Hard to find my way out so many stairs

The employees at the front desk were unfriendly when we showed up, the hot tub was out of commission, the pool got shut down due to lighting despite being an indoor pool, half of the equipment in the fitness room was broken, the beds are on wheels so they take off if you try to sit against the headboard, and the ice machine was garbage. On the positive side, there is a working sauna, the beds are very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower is great.

The whirlpool was not working, the computer. Center, what's still not working? They don't fix anything around there. ☹️

Everything was outstanding although I thought that the hallway lighting was lacking outside room 103.

Wonderful rooms ,for a good price . Pool was well maintained . ( Not very bleach smell) Rooms where wonderful, bedding soft and light nade you feel like sleeping on clouds. Bathroom was stunning! Hallways look a bit shabby but thr rooms take your breath away dont be decieved by those hallways. Amenities are on the first floor make sure you lool at the map inside the binder to find places easier. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The customer service that we were provided during our 2 day stay. Nicole who checked is abd helped us with numerous issues given we are seniors and technology impaired. Lol. Special thanks to the maintenance man (tall with ponytail) and manager who helped us on 2nd day of our stay. Neglected to grt their names so y apologies. Was able to maneuver wheel chair in room. Shower was awesome! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. If we ever need a hotel in Rhinelander this will be our choice for sure.

They are in the process of remodeling the rooms. We chose a room that had not been remodeled so I would not have to climb stairs. It will be very nice once all rooms have been remodeled.
