Quality Hotel and Conference Center Bluefield

Staff was excellent, was put in a room with cosmetic issues on an area on the ceiling. On the front part of the desk chair was really warn out. Toilet missing seat tabs and the bowl was bottom seal was loose. Carpet was stained in many places, curtains could not be closed, no privacy. Tenants in the room next to us were loud, rude and obnoxious to say the least and could not sleep until 4AM had to check out by 11AM.

I did miss the eggs, bacon, and sausage that are normally served at breakfast.

Carpet has spots on rug, sheets were very wrinkled, and the wash clothes and towels were thin and old. The television had a pictur, but no sound. When I called the front desk, the night auditor said there was nothing she could do about it.

The bed was better than mine 🤣 and the lady making waffles in the morning was the nicest. Waffles were great too

room temp high, a/c / heat off, fridge door would no shut (lots of water inside) towels old and hard, room did not seem clean, hallways dirty, two ice machines broke, staff not at front desk

The Window had a crack in it. The carpet felt damp, There was an aroma in the hallways that came into the room. The rear parking lot entrance was broken and repaired poorly numerous times.

They had waffles hotels got away from them during covid and many haven't brought them back room was clean refreshed daily

Not much, the lady who assisted with breakfast was nice although she wouldn’t let us make our own waffles lol!

Everything, so dirty and outdated. Like super dirty, especially the first room they tried to put us in, it smelled of straight cigarettes. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The second room although outdated as well was a bit cleaner. The hotel in general just needs a total renovation, like 20 years ago! I would have took a total loss and went somewhere else had it not been 12 at night when we arrived. Also the front desk lady was out side smoking a lot, by the entrance I might add which did not smell pleasant.
