"The Epitome of Quality is your Staff!"

The staff is Outstanding here! Managers, Brie, Jessica, and I can't remember the other lady's name, they all should be highly commended. They showed my Daughter and me the utmost kindness and consideration. We will never forget these ladies. Your Best is at Bluefield Quality Inn Conference Center!

Water pressure in shower was good

Room was full of mold and outlet in bathroom wasn’t working. Almost like a shocking sound.

Manager Brie and the other two Managers have made our stay for inconvenient reasons very comfortable. They looked after us as if my Daughter and me were family. At a time we needed kindness. They more than delivered! We love them! And not to forget the gentleman Manager who helped us in a big way. They are all Outstanding!!

I would like to take this opportunity to highly commend your staff at the Bluefield, WV location. They are absolutely stellar in every aspect. My Daughter and I were stranded and the Managers, Brie, and the other two Ladies on staff made us feel at home all things considered. And they went farther than the "extra mile" to make sure my Daughter was well taken care of. OUTSTANDING!!!

"I wouldn’t stay there again. It was very rundown and not well maintained."

Nothing really. It was a place to lay my head I guess.

The place was run down, pool was closed, curtains were half way hung up, water was leaking through the ceiling into our bathroom, black mold was in our bathroom, the list goes on and on.

The room i stayed in stunk terrible, nasty, paint peeling off walls in areas of room. If it wasn't for my husband's funeral I would not have stayed, didn't have choice. I had to go to store and buy febreeze to b able to handle the smell. The ice machine was broken. No ice. This trip was the worst I have ever stayed in.

The staff was nice and professional other than that nothing i liked. Nasty room
