Quality Hotel and Conference Center Bluefield

Me and my girlfriend went to celebrate my birthday. The bed was covered in blood looking stains. It smelled very strong of cigarettes. We called the front desk for a new comforter and sheets & they said it would be just a few minutes. We waited hours for a new one so we decided to call back & didn’t get a response for 10+ calls… the breakfast bar was decent, only thing they had to offer was a waffle or cereal. The bathroom counter was covered in gunk.. the bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to fall on you. The shower head was nasty as well. Overall I would rate it a -5/5 stars if I could… absolutely disgusting & outdated . Not to mention the pool looked like it hadn’t been touched in years it was full and green.. definitely not with $110 for one night…

The 2 rooms were filthy with stained dirty carpet and furniture. The only cleaned thing were the beds cause we checked them real good. The 2 rooms i booked smell was musty and mildew could have been mold. Too bad i didnt have the money to go to another hotel or i would have

Check in was easy but room was musty and smelled like smoke and there was mildew on the shower and shower curtain and hair on the wall of the shower! The room was so humid that the bedding felt damp and so did the carpet. Called the desk and asked for an extra set of towels but never received. Restaurant was ok and convenient but the continental breakfast was substandard.

I loved my stay. The staff very kind, and the area well maintained and they are very accommodating!!

Lots of scenery just loved being outside in the peace.

The first room the a/c wasn’t working. I ran into the manager in the hallway and she was so helpful. Moved me to another room that was not only Updated but smelled better and the A/c worked amazing. Wish I would have gotten her name she really is great at her job. 😁

Dirty microwave, dirty sock in bed means bed wasnt changed after last checkout, dirty/moldy&musty smelling shower curtain all shows lack of attention to housekeeping. Freezer totally froze up with ice. Spoke with front desk about some of the issues and all she gave was lackluster excuses no apologies for any inconveniences at all. Beds were changed and shower curtain was replaced which did take care of the musty smell in the bathroom. Pool didnt work which was very disappointing as it is summer time and no where did it state the pool would not be avaliable until i asked upon check in. Nonsmoking is ment for cigarettes only because the halls smelled of pot each night. Pictures attached of dirty/moldy shower curtain & build up gunk in the microwave. If the area wasnt where i needed to be i would have just moved to another hotel. Never again will i make the mistake and stay at this property. Also beware no elevators !!!!

Staff was awesome - restaurant was nice, staff was friendly Hotel was ok needs some updating Bed was great mattress was very comfortable Would stay again Pool area was nice but pool need some help!

Upon arrival the attendant made no eye contact and no conversational. When we went to the room the door was ajar, there were tools in the bathroom, the bed disheveled and white material scattered on the floor. There was also a pungent odor coming from the room The hallway and entrance were also dirty When we informed the attendant, she made no response no apology and was very rude
