Quality Hotel and Conference Center Bluefield

Room was dated and not in great condition.

It did not look as nice as the pictures show. The AC didn't work in the first room they put us in, then the 2nd room the toilet wouldn't stop running. Both rooms smelled like mildew. The comforter was stained and the topper and comforter both had cigarette burns in them. All the ice machines were out of order. The swimming pool is not open at all. The breakfast only had cereal, oatmeal/grits, and waffles. The road up to the hotel and around it is rough with potholes. I honestly was pretty disappointed considering it cost $258 for 2 nights. The front desk workers were nice.

When we checked in they had pee and hair on the side of toilet.

Wished I could say the visit was enjoyable.but I can’t The facility seem to be very run down.

The beds were very comfortable, clean room, friendly staff.

Couldn’t close the curtains in room.
