Quality Hotel and Conference Center Bluefield

Jessica the GM was absolutely amazing, we arrived early before check in after traveling all day and she waived the early check in fee and had a room ready for us!

The staff was nice

They did not have a room that was close so then they gave us handicapped. The breakfast was terrible. The room was small. It smelled.

The hotel was an average stay for a quick night. Quiet and safe area. Rooms were average. Check in was great. Staff was very friendly.

Looked like MS -13 was having a convention in the parking lot around back. One guy was cussing out his Cooler that was sitting on a table outside. No one was around, he was literally talking to his beer cooler and hitting it. Random Mexicans were watching peoples cars in the parking lot, a lot of Wrecked looking vehicles, in the back parking lot near the Door I had to use to access the building to get to my room. For $106 a night, I feel like I got ripped off! I hope that the Breakfast is decent, in the morning, but I’m not expecting much, from what I e already seen and heard so far! My Door lock is Broken, and not secure! It’s literally broken off the door inside the room like there was forced entry at one time before! I feel like I can’t even sleep in the beds because of the funk already in the room. Supposedly this is a Non Smoking room, yet the Comforter has a cigarette burn 🔥 in the cover!!! The only thing going for this hotel, is the Lady at the front desk was sweet as she could be!!! Bless her heart! Ironicly the name of this hotel is “QUALITY Inn” 😳

The BATHROOM needed repair work done and we had. TO PUT THE RACK ON WINDOW TO KEEP THE DRAPES CLOSE RATES ARE high. T

I would never recommend this place. It was extremely unclean, old, dirty, stained, smelled awful, mold in bathroom, toilet was not clean, chairs in room stained, ceiling in bathroom falling down, bed looked already slept in. Was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life.

The bathroom sink was so dirty. Around the bed needed to be vacuumed. There was trash behind the nightstand table.

The staff were very helplful, eager to please and friendly, We did not like the condition of the building. It needed a cash infusion. Carpets were old, some with holes. Some bedspreads had cigarette burn holes. The door key to room 158 did not work, even for staff. Room 134 needed a battery in the smoke detector. Room 125's toilet did not flush properly and needed a shower curtain in the bathroom. We probably would travel further if we needed to stay in the area in the future.
