Quality Hotel and Conference Center Bluefield

The rooms are disgustingly dirty. The bed covers have stains in them. The commode is shaking and unstable. The hallway carpet is nasty. Traumatizing.

The only a huge problem for this properly is NO BREAKFAST AT ALL. JUST COFFEE, WAFFLES AND YOGURT. Should be a hot regular breakfast included for sure. It's a,huge breakfast zone without actual breakfast.

Someone tried to break into our room. The whole door shook as their body weight was pushed into the door. I pressed my body weight against it or I felt it may have given way. I notified the front desk of the problem but no one ever came to check on us. I did see the police in the hall. I was up all night wondering the outcome and felt unsafe. A phone call with an update would have been nice.

Hallways were filthy, room was absolutely nasty! Holes in arms of chairs, bedding stained with yellow spots, musty odor in room, no hot water, carpet in room soiled and smelly hvac unit nasty and broken vents. I watched the desk clerk rent a room to a very young couple for cash with no ID. They ended up across the hall from my room, they argued for the whole hour I was there. In the room, in the hallway and outside using the F bomb at the top of their lungs. Staff offers nothing except to deal with it because they had nowhere to move me. How bad was it you ask? I lost $155 because I booked through a third party "Expedia" but, still refused to stay. I went elsewhere. This place is a hide out for the drug addicts of the town. STAY AWAY! I will post this as many places as I can post to!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hallways were dark and dreary. My room smelled stale, the furniture looked like a cat had been in there because it was thread worn. No hot water in the sink. The only hot water was in the shower. I brought my swim suit to go in the pool. The pool look like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bed was the only redeeming quality it was just right. I’ve been in QualIt’s Inns before but this was no quality. I won’t be going back there.

It was easy to get in and find our room. The bed was very comfortable and relaxing!

The hallway and the room itself smelled a bit musty, which initially gave a bad impression. I guess we got used to it after a while. It wouldn’t hurt for them to air out or air purify the rooms every once in a while.

This was our 4th stay here. It is the most convenient location. So far we are 2 for 4. This time there was a couple dead stink bugs on the floor, which we cleaned up no problem. But then the toilet needed attention on every flush and for the 2nd day we had no hot water. I let the front desk know.
