Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Cheyenne

Didn't use the laundry service.The room was definitely a10. I wish I could have stayed longer. It was clean top to bottom. Not a hint of negative to be noted. Thank You a million xs for the experience

Budget hotel and the time we went was undergoing renovations. Our room was very nice and looked to have been recently renovated. There are still some places that need work, the elevator being one. It worked but was kind of old. For what we paid, though, it was well worth it. They also had breakfast with do it yourself waffle maker and other breakfast items. I wasn’t expecting breakfast so it was a nice treat to get it. The restaurant area was dated and once again maybe getting renovated. Parking was convenient.

Please update your systems! I had to wait forever. Had lovely 10/10 service from deavon , he was kind and helpful. But the system was so SLOW, please please please fix this.

Staff was great! Hotel was as under a lot of construction.

The only redeeming feature was Chad at the front desk and the lady working the restaurant were very very helpful however the hotel and the rooms with a dirtiest of any place I've ever stayed! Hair in the bathroom shower wasn't cleaned hair and wrinkles under the pillows the room had obviously not been cleaned at all! It was complete garbage! And I got charged twice for the rooms! So my credit card is being charged interest because they charged me twice!

Nice bar area with food. Full restaurant was available too. Some of the building was under renovation. Otherwise great place to stay.

In the middle of construction, could hear other occupants in room next door. The room was not competed, no soap for showering, but I had some! Food available from bar, and barserver was handling bar and food.

The room was remodeled and looked nice, thr rest of the hotel not at all. The biggest problem is that I had to wait 50 minutes to check in with 2 babies crying in the car.
