Clean, good location. Old Chicago attached to it made it easy to get food for this hungry and weary traveler

bedden wat doorgezakt naar het midden en de kamer was stoffig. locatie was niet mooi maar dat is nergens in Rock Springs.

The rooms were nice and the hotel was clean. Easy parking right near the lobby and elevator. The pool was really nice and we loved that we could get vouchers for breakfast instead of a standard hotel breakfast. Will stay again.

Very welcoming, clean, comfortable stay. If ever in Rock Springs again, I’ll be back.

The hotel appears to have recently been refreshed with new paint and carpets so it looks very nice. The shower was great. The room was very clean and the bed was relatively comfortable, but for us, the bed was a bit soft, and the pillows were definitely too big and too firm. That however is a matter of choice. Our main issue with the room was they have automated lights that come on full blast if you get out of bed. (probably a lawyers suggestion to prevent falls, but is also really messes with sleep. The hotel offers lots of public seating areas in the lobby which would make it perfect for business meetings. We are used to staying in Holiday Inn Express so were surprised when breakfast was not included at the Holiday Inn. Breakfast is served next door at the Chicago Pizza. You receive a coupon for a discount but it is a fixed menu.... 2 pancakes, 2 bacon or sausage, and 2 eggs with a beverage. The food was excellent if this is what you wanted. There were two problems with the breakfast. The restaurant was cold enough to be a refrigerator and was a wind tunnel. Positives.... It has recently been refreshed and looks very nice and the room is relatively comfortable.... Negatives.... the automated light comes on and wakes you up if either you or your partner get up in the night. and Breakfast is not included in the room rate.

We liked how the Chicago Pizza place was adjoined by an indoor walkway from the hotel. The spa was nice and hot but no bubbles/jets so it wasn't like a real spa. The room a/c unit didn't work so that was a bummer and the toilet had trouble flushing right.

A great hotel that has been renovated with functional style. The staff is wonderful and the restaurant to great.

Great stay. Will be back
