The room was basic. In process of remodeling. No carpet in Halle as y. Had to go outside to get yo Zold Chicago restaurant. No ice available in ice machine. Really over priced for the quality

Best Holiday inn stay in a while. Great staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. We really liked the TV which allowed us to watch our prime subscriptions . Wish all hotels would go to this type of tv. We generally only watch Apple, Acorn or Britbox. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub which was nice and quiet.

The staff was excellent and so helpful and friendly.

Nicest feature was first floor entry from parking directly into your room. Comfortable, hotel undergoing some upgrades, laundry facilities excellent and pleasant staff.

The hotel was being refurbished when we arrived. But instead of sealing off floors where renovations were taking place -- specifically, where hallway carpet was being replaced -- rooms were still allocated to paying customers (see photo). The room we were assigned along one of these corridors had a small window in one corner of the room which let in a paltry amount of light. The bathroom was tiny. It too had been refurbished recently, but the work had been poorly executed: hot and cold labels on the sink tap were reversed, the shower control still showed brown stains from its previous incarnation, and leveling lines drawn to mark shelf placement were still visible. Complimentary drinks in the lobby had turned into a sad, negligible offering on a portable table (see photo). The hotel had also associated itself with a restaurant next door to provide food; in the evening, this place was packed and we could not get a table. (Burger King next door provided us with dinner in the end.) No idea what breakfast was like at the restaurant as we couldn't wait to get away from the hotel. Awful and depressing.

When my husband and I checked in the lady at the front desk mumbled did not speak up at all, she needs to speak up, then we had to switch rooms because room 417 faucet was broke to the shower and the same lady that checked us in that room said no one is that one and she gave us 416!! Other than that the stay was fine

Since this is a newly renovated hotel, this is very very nice. Clean rooms great paint. The mirror by the bed nice and huge. Great seating. The bench is very, very nice to sit on do my face.
