Out waitress at the Oasis was exceptional. We went back the second night and she remembered us. Good was good.

"Inaccurate information on amenities"

We were mislead by the hotel website. It had inaccurate/false information. We paid more money to book this hotel for the kid friendly amenities including indoor pool and putting green. The putting green was completely removed and the pool was closed. Both are featured in narratives on the hotel website and shown in photos. I sent an email to the 'contact us' and got an automated generic reply basically saying 'thank you for feedback we will consider it.'
