Location, having coffee available

Extremely slow with maid service I.e. waited nearly all day for fresh towels even though we told housekeeping staff we were ready for service. During 4-day stay, the ONLY housekeeping service was to provide fresh towels. No vacuuming, no cleaning of bathroom surfaces, no bed making or sheets changed.

"I have seen worse, but not in Ramada chain."

breakfast was good. well done. But not very clean. The Waterfall idea. is good but water damage in ceiling and water area was damaged, and obviously had. been for some time. Elevators dirty. Just a very dirty hotel. Service was polite and OK.

"I would enjoy staying at this hotel again."

The interior courtyard and outdoor picnic table. Breakfast was excellent and topped off the stay at this hotel.

The room had a slight mildew smell.
