tv remote didn't work, main entry light didn't work, facility well worn and dated, some very rough clientele.

Breakfast was very good

The toilet handle was broken’ Thes bathroom door had been liked in and not repaired. There was a big gap in the bottom of the outside door. When we put the bathroom fan on the outside smokers smoke came into the room.

Nothing

It was gross. Dirty. Mouldy. Dated. Hot tub didn’t work.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel in my life. I am a disabled senior, and booked through Wyndham … My room was extremely dirty, flies everywhere, and bugs in the bed. Had a broken front door, holes in walls, and ceiling falling down in bathroom. I left at 4am the next morning as the flies kept landing on me. At checkout I found out they had overcharged my Visa by over a hundred dollars. Reception would not adjust, or give me an invoice. Contacted Wyndham “Customer Care” who, after weeks of correspondence and proof in photos, said there was nothing they could do even though their name is on the property. I will never stay at another Wyndham property ever again!

I didn’t like a thing about the property

The hotel is rundown. The drywall is coming apart at the seams. The ceiling has got big bubbles in it. The mattress has stains on it, and there was no water for the first hour of us checking in. I asked for a partial refund and they didn’t comply.

Beware, Dirty, poorly kept and run down place, Drive on by. Hallways and general area's carpets are dirty and the hallways and doors banged up.

It was value for money, good location, the hotel is tired and not overly clean, but ok.

Needs a renovation. Steam cleaning the carpets would make a big difference.
