It was big, the bed was comfortable, the shower was really great! Comfortable couch. The staff was very helpful

I was surprised there wasn’t a blanket on the bed, and the top sheet was short! There’s a bit of a smell of tobacco.

No creamer or stir sticks for coffee. Hotel was difficult to access. Door did not close properly

The property is very rundown and needs upgrades. Wallpaper peeling, floor not cleaned . Hole in bathroom wall from door handle, sizeable gap under door that leads directly to the outside and minimal soundproofing. However, nice hot tub and pool area, pleasant staff and the breakfast was perfectly adequate.

Carpets are smelly, the balcony is ok, never visited gym, staff is ok

Run down! Over-priced!!! Place is disgusting, dirty, unsafe. Faucets did not work properly & air conditioning fan rattled so loud. Cigarette butts everywhere outside. “High speed internet” was a joke! — no internet available was more accurate!
