Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Phoenix West Chandler

Staff was friendly enough, but the room was old and dated, a severe tear in the curtains and tub was dirty and rusty

The property is undergoing extensive refurbishment. No pool, no hot tub, no breakfast, no reason for fire alarm going off at night so the fire department left with the alarm still blaring. At one point we were the only guests in the 150-room hotel. In the morning we saw three cars. The hotel was not secure. Our room had a missing lock. All floors undergoing renovation. We packed our car with our bags each day because too many people had access to rooms. Wait until the remodel is done to brave this hotel.

Building under active renovation. Random fire alarm at all hours of day and night. Dirty and unkept 3rd and 4th floors with unrestricted access. Rooms suffered water damage and were poorly lit.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very professional and polite.

The halls were dirty, but they were renovating.

Keys kept failing Had to go down to lobby each day and night to reactivate

Bed was ok

No hot water . They were doing construction got woke up at 7 am with drilling and pounding and the the construction set off the fire alarm 3 times. When I told the front clerk how I was annoyed he chuckled.

It actually wasn't bad at all for what we paid, but some construction was going so understandably, noise was worse than it should be. No Hot tub & No pool; also disappointing.
