Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Phoenix West Chandler

Was next to the freeway, needs better windows on that side, not so noisy that you could not sleep though. Overall great stay

Nice hotel. Loved the fact that they cleaned the room every day. Stayed for 8 nights. Staff friendly

First night lukewarm water in the shower with no water pressure. Told the front desk. Next night shower water was warmer but still no pressure. Shower was just a light stream, barely enough to wash off soap.

The hotel is right off the freeway, but I didn't hear road noise. The free breakfast was great. Hotel has a workout facility, pool and hot tub.

the beds were very unconfortable and they didnt have a roll away bed.

There was a system error so we had to wait a while for the office staff to righted it out. It was figured out and the front desk extended our check for 2 hours. It did make a difference because we didn’t get into our room until close to midnight after a 10 hour drive from out of state. We were able to rest in the morning and didn’t have to rush out. They definitely made it up to us and accommodated fs.

Breakfast was not so fantastic. Like the waffle maker as usual but the eggs and meat was little disappointing compared to the rest of the accommodations. Everything else was excellent!

Better breakfast meats like ham or sausages vs pork patties. But still fine

I like the propiety and is very easy to find and good location
