Hampton Inn by Hilton Costa Mesa Newport Beach

There was construction going on in the motel while I was stayed there during Christmas. It was disappointing for me.

Advertised "breakfast included" which was a bagel n juice in a brown paper bag. Aweful

Lower marks because it’s under construction. I’m sure it will be nice when it’s done but I would not have stayed there if I’d known. So lots of awkward space and construction noise during the day. The room was comfortable though and it served its purpose

The full building was in renovation, dust everywhere, no water on the first day for over two hours, no food on site. Go bag with yogurt and granola bar were given in the morning. Coffee was prepared in an old coffee machine from the 1980's. Banging noise all day even on the weekend. Why there's was no mention on the website when i booked. No reduced price either....!!!!

location was Okay, experienced a lot of noise in the morning from the adjacent property. Breakfast was very basic, not what i expected from the advertisement posted on the website

room size and car parking access.

The hotel was under major construction, dust and debris all over, this was not told to us at booking. The pictures of the delishious breakfast furned out to be a sack with a bagle and a granola bar. Im sure it will be nice when its done. The room itsself was new and nice.

We should have been informed that hotel was under construction. Breakfast was pitiful, Plastic bagged stale bagel, no spread in a to-go paper bag. Parking was awful, as the garage was fenced off making extremely difficult to get the car in and out. Room did not have the Desk as in the description. Wall outlets had no Power. Could NOT flush toilet as the water was off, no one mentioned that till I called. Coffee pot was installed so low to the floor I had to get on my knees to use it. Could not leave the bathroom light on for the night as it was on a few minute timer. Drywall dust covered most surfaces. I will never stay at this chain of hotels again. The hotel was under MAJOR construction. I cannot think of a good thing to say about the hotel. I have never experienced anything similar since staying at hotels since the 1970's.
