Staff were great and friendly. Room was ok but was great to be near stairs that led outside with the service dog with us. Area was central to everything we wanted to do. Pillows could be better and some general maintenance like chipping paint and old grout. Check out pulpit rock nearby

Rooms were very dark and floor carpets were dirty. Bath towels had stains on it . Sofa bed mattress felt like 0 mm width mattress. My daughter got bug bites by sleeping on sofa bed mattress. Not sure . Had to cut my reservation

Room was large and relatively comfortable.

Parking is a disaster! Room has no closet, at least put a wardrobe in, there is plenty of room. We paid over $300 per night...so not worth that rate.
