We enjoyed the pool but that was out of service for 1/2 of a day. And one lady at the front desk was nice

The rest of the staff was rude and we had a few issues

The room smelled very moldy and there was a bed bug on my pillow. We checked the rest of the bed and could only find that one. I smashed the bug and left it on the bathroom sink. After house keeping came by the bug was on the floor. We were shorted towels and they didnt take the trash out

The location is great, only about a 20 minute or less drive from a lot of the things we had planned. There’s also a great view of pikes peak from the deck.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress is very old because you sink right into the bed and feel the hard box spring. I woke up with back pain almost every morning. There’s a lot I enjoy about this hotel but may reconsider a different location for the sole purpose of the very uncomfortable beds.
