We arrived very late, after a gymnastics competition nearby. Everything was ready and checkin was a breeze. The bed are so comfortable.

Everything was good, breakfast was wonderful. We loved the hot chocolate.

Positives: The employees were friendly and helpful. The grounds and the hotel were clean. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. The location worked well for us because we were just stopping on our way to upper Michigan. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked very well. Negatives: I opted for the kitchen suite because we knew we’d be tired and we brought food from home. The kitchen was clean but had NO UTENSILS, pots, pans, serving pieces, or towels, sponges, or paper towels. I had to use a bathroom face towel in the kitchen. I’ve never seen a smaller microwave and the stove was a large hot plate. There were only two small plates for us to eat our dinner. The breakfast offerings were sparse. Luckily, we are not big breakfast eaters. I expect more from a Best Western Plus.

The alcoholic drink the bartender made me was a 5-star! The sandwich that she made for my husband was good too , so I had to order one for me too. We slept well and comfy that night.

The staff was friendly & attentive when I made some requests. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The air conditioner could use some servicing- it generated plenty of cold air but was a bit hard to regulate. The bath tub should be replaced as it's floor is not level. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
