Hot breakfast was amazing, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean n comfortable

No complaints at all. Wish we could have stayed longer

Odor in room intolerable. Apparently other prior guests complained however did not appear staff did anything to rectify. After telling us there was no other rooms staff did find us another room to move to late in the evening. Breakfast is poor quality and choices

So loud. Dogs barking even at 2am. Didn't sleep the first night.

The location was good; easy to find and close to food and shopping.

It was not clean, the pool was not accessible, and the breakfast food was minimal (there wasn’t even bread/toast). There was also a bad smell in some places. My room didn’t have a lot of lighting, and one of the lamps flickered, so it was kind of dark.

Everything was good until breakfast. For a full hour from 6:40-7:40 at least, there was no eggs, sausage, pancake maker wasn’t working. No fruit until a bowl of whole oranges was put out about 7:15. No bread for toast and the juice machine stopped working about 7:20. Worst breakfast I’ve seen. I did go to the front desk twice. First time I asked if the pancake machine was working and she said no. Second time I said there’s no sausage or eggs and she said there’d be more soon. Both times, she looked at me as though I was interrupting her and I had three heads. The entire time, she was doing no work, but was talking to a guy at the desk—not a customer. There was no one even working in the breakfast area until 7:10 when they arrived at work. Breakfast is supposed to start at 6:00. This entire thing was not what I would even consider a free breakfast and was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We ended up having to go elsewhere to eat.
