I liked all the other customers services except think her name was Heather. She was the lady that check us in.

This reception customer service was lazy, I had to wait until next set of workers for an iron, which Heather said she was going to bring me one. She shouldn't even be at the front desk, could cause people not to want and come back. Her clothes appears was terrible. I think you all need to either get rid of her, or clean her up in every way. Also I was there for My grandchild graduation, I invited My brothers to come, they stayed in the last room on the right hand side on the 1st. Floor, and someone was coming in their room. We told the front desk and nothing was done about it. The customer service told us which was a pretty nice lady said. She was told it was a coworker who was there the night before, thinking that he might have left something in there. But if it was a coworker, why did he run out the room once he say My brothers in there. He had a lady in the car waiting on him, don't sound like a coworker, but however not sure which way we are going to go with this. Very disappointed 😞, the food was pretty good and the lady who worked in there was good and helpful to us. Hope you all do better

The beds were really hard, the prices were high because of college graduation and a baseball tournament

That it was pet friendly. New pup and he was a good boy, we’ve never travels with a pet!!!

The temp of the game room— about 85 degrees. 😩😩 didn’t get a receipt but wondering if we weren’t overcharged over what we were quoted from Booking. Tried to tell them….
