"Very MID stay"

The location was nice, the beds were comfortable. Originally booked a king suite but were given two queen beds and a pull out couch which was fine. The room itself was nice, if you just need a place to rest your head this is a good spot.

Had a non-working TV the entire stay, mentioned 3 times to staff and not once did they fix it (pretty sure we just needed a coax cable but not my responsibility to supply it) Checkout was at 11am and at 10:04 after walking back up after breakfast to grab belongings cleaning staff was already in the room. Water pressure in showers was not great and pool had a very strong smell all throughout first floor. Did not fix any issue brought to their attention. Although important to note front desk told us someone quit before shift that night so I have a little sympathy.

"The price and location was ok but there was nothing about it that would make me come back."

The price

It was out dated, the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and the room had a funky smell. The bathtub and toilet has stains in each. The breakfast also ended at 8:30. That’s too early.

Location

It's not clean and most staff aren't friendly. The floors in the common areas were sticky during my whole stay. The cleaner of my room was nice and friendly. I've been in the janitorial business for 30 yrs....lots of people on the clock..not doing a lot. I'm sorry but I was disappointed.
