Holiday Inn Express Prince Frederick by IHG

The staff was very friendly and the location was great.

Not the properties fault, but the family next to us was extremely loud and allowed their children to run up and down the hall yelling. The rooms are not at all sound proof. The dumpster being emptied the first morning should have been our clue.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, DELICIOUS COFFEE. BISCUITS AND GRAVY, EGGS, TURKEY AND REGULAR SAUSAGE. THEY HAD FRUIT AND CEREALS. I LOVE THE PILLOWS ON THE BED. IT WAS LIKE I JUST MELTED INTO THEM!!

MY ROOM HAD BUGS ON THE FLOOR AND A DEAD ANT ON MY BED. I FOUND AN OLD KEY CARD IN PLAIN VIEW WHICH KIND OF MADE ME THINK THAT THEY DIDN'T CLEAN IT AS THEY SHOULD HAVE. NOISY AT NIGHT.

Staff were amazing!! Breakfast was great and it was a great location to where we had to be.

Price was a little high and the floor in the room seemed dirty… definitely needed a good vacuum. There was stuff on the carpet and the corners were dusty and had some build up.

Nice lobby, staff were friendly, spacious room. Very comfortable linens and bed.

That lime colored accent wall in each room is terrible. The lighting in the rooms are awkward and not adequate. It gives the whole feeling of a very dark and somewhat depressing room.

It was very nice. A convenient location.

Great breakfast, very comfortable and clean

Towels were smaller than the bath towels in your room at the pool.
