"great room, less great breakfast"

Our room was up to the HIE standard; spacious, comfortable and clean.

While there were a lot of options for breakfast, a number of items were missing or scarce when we came down to eat. I was told the bacon was all gone and would not be replenished, even thought breakfast was not over for another hour. The add-ins for the oatmeal (raisins, nuts, brown sugar) were on the counter, but there was no oatmeal.

"Our toilet was backed up that night. They brought me a plunger in the morning, and I had to plunge it myself."

People running above us at night and than start at 6 am.people partying after quiet time. Told from desk every morning. Stayed in a sweet and still didn’t not adjust rates or discounts. Very disappointed
