people smoking outside the hotel everytime I went in and out. Cigarettes full in the ashtray. not a great look.

Had a good laugh when I arrived to a lobby/check-in reeking of pot smoke and then told by the clerk with a totally straight face that my room was non-smoking! Window is broken as if broken into and held together by tape. No wifi at all on third floor. Shower not clean.
