There was no signage on the exterior of the building. Shady neighborhood. Not off of Main Street. The hallways smelled horribly. There was questionable fecal matter/dirt and a hair on the toilet seat in our bedroom. Carpet was filthy.

Not good quality

I stayed one night. I opened the bed and the sheet looked like black mold. I asked for someone to bring new sheets. I was told I had to go to the desk and get new sheets and make up my own bed. I went to breakfast at 9:40. Some food was all gone and they would not bring out more food because it was “too late”. Carpet in my room had not been vacuumed, crumbs/ dirt all over. Cobwebs and ceiling dirty too. I asked for a concession on the room fee but the lady at night couldn’t do that and I just left a bit frustrated in the morning.

She did not tell us how to find our room

The front desk lady was very polite and helpful. The room was clean. The cons were the parking lot & signage was very poorly lit, so dark we barely found it as it was night when we arrived. That should really be addressed.

Stay here often. It's clean, cozy, comfortable and staff is great.

Breakfast was adequate...nothing fancy but things were well stocked and there were enough options.

Ice machine on the second floor did not work. Closet door did not open easily. Bed was extremely soft and sat a bit too low. Air conditioner, while it worked, was quite noisy
