Holiday Inn Express and Suites Three Rivers by IHG

Parking lot had homeless walking through it at night. The staff we dealt with were great. The room we had didnt didnt have a working deadbolt. Room had black mold on ceiling of room and in bathroom shower.

We had people in the next room who wete drunk (according to staff) and would pound on our door and try to get in between 1:00 am and 4:00 am. The front desk apparently then finally called the police and had them removed. Worst night we've ever had there. The only good thing was breakfast the next morning!!

Non functioning bathroom fan, mold growing on bathroom walls, mold in the ice machine dispensing spout. Uneven tile in bathroom causing tripping. Bathtub was stained, many surfaces not cleaned in room upon arrival. Missing code-required smoke seals from room door to corridor. Bathtub drain did not drain, towels were stained with blood? Numerous electrical receptacles so old and worn that no plug would stay in them. Mold in HVAC unit. Mattresses cheap and bouncy - not what I expect at this price point and from a Holiday Inn. Employee was indifferent when I explained these issues and did not offer any concessions.

New, clean and well-run hotel. Would recommend it. Loved the pool.

Room absolutely sucked very stuffy and then woke up in the morning to see mold all over the ceiling, hints why it smelled so bad, absolutely disgusting!

My room was very musty and humid smelled like cigarettes. It was very noisy with people nearby slamming doors all the time waking me up.

My room was noisy. Got woken up by slamming doors every night and morning. My room was very humid and smelled like cigarettes. I had to air out everything I brought home and wash everything.

Not up to HI standards; inadequate lighting, looks old and possibly should be remodeled.
