Everything was excellent, the only bad thing is that when we arrived to the room the toilet and sheets were dirty. Overall, I am happy with my stay.

"We enjoyed the room except for the clogged plumbing."

Good option for family. Seemed clean. Sheets and bed felt good.

Our shower and bathroom sink were clogged. Neither would drain normally. Not even for washing hands quickly. Had to stand in 2-3 in of dirty water while showering.

The breakfast was good but should have had a few more varieties of muffins. But overall food was good.The pool was nice and heated. Bathroom in room could use a bit of a redo as tile etc coming up in spots. Room was nice

The water from the bathroom faucet was brown at first. The reception area smelled bad when we arrived. The room smelled musty and we couldn’t control the AC at all.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it was very pleasant but this time the room had a very strong musky smell and the beds and pillows had a bad smell to them. The facility itself wasn’t dirty but needs a lot of maintenance

"UPGRADES NEEDED"

Check in went quickly. Room was a bit musty others in our party complained about room smelling of urine/cigarettes. Pool looked like it needed a good scrubbing. Sitting outside several guests were approached multiple times by a vagrant. No working ice machines and elevator broke around 530 am day of check-out so some guests required multiple trips to exit. Not impressed especially for the cost per night. Sadly more elite parking spots than handicap. Especially given how many we had in our party.
