The cleanliness of the bathrooms and hallways maybe it was garbage unsure smell wasn't pleasant in halls

I did not like anything about the stay. The facility was ran down and was nothing like the pictures advertised. I cancelled my room after seeing it. I was moved to 2 rooms and they both were horrible. I called Holiday Inn to try and get moved to another location. They refused. So I cancelled and went to another hotel. I was very displeased and do not plan to stay at Holiday inn in the future.

See above. I refused to stay due to the condition of the hotel. The staff at the location tried to help but the place needs to be remodeled.

The location of the property was very convenient easy access to convenient stores in a couple of restaurants

Once I made it to the property to check in, they were unable to print any key cards for the room, so that made it kind of a inconvenience for me as a guess to have to wait on staff to be able to let me in my room and also the housekeeping could have been better the bathroom was not clean like it should have been. The shower was really kind of gnarly. Also, there were no coffee cups available in a room. There were no extra towels available in the room for a company of two and all around the house housekeeping could have done a better job with the room.

The location was convenient to the fairgrounds where we had to go each day. There were also good and affordable places to eat nearby. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The room was not very clean. There was trash behind the end table between the beds. There were blood stains on the curtains.
