Staff was so nice, food was good and I felt welcomed

I had a no smoking room and I kept smelling smoke from the Air Conditioning I assume the rooms below were a smoking room since I can smell it and kept hearing a boom Noise not cause of the facility but because of the neighbors next-door

It was ok. It was advertised as 2 king bed suite. We got into room and only 1 king bedroom so my kids slept on the couches. Which is un acceptable at the rate. And the advertising of 2 King beds

Nothing!

Dirty hotel rooms, mold in bathroom! Musty smell in rooms! Mold in bathroom and even on bedside lamp! Don’t book with Booking! They give u $12 credit after such disgusting experience and having to find another hotel to sleep at! No refund! Shame on all parties!

Staff was friendly and greeting ! Breakfast was good! Coffee tasted great from a machine that grounded the coffee per serving fresh Rooms were spacious and tall ceilings

In the main room there was no over head lights just lamps

The place was dirty and the sheets were dirty. I also had an allergic reaction to coconut left in the bed sheets

I was in room 125. The rear entrance door slam it self close making a loud noise. The room across the hall sounded like "Whore House".All night long, different male and female voices were heard coming and going from that room slamming that rear entrance door. It stopped about 3:25am. I had to get up 5::30am to make it to my destination on time. You need to do something about this mess.. I wasted over a $100 . Otis Bkanson willtravell@gmail.com
