Breakfast was out of milk and pancakes. Muffins were eventually refilled.

The breakfast was great

There was no extra tv on the suite.. living area, atleast put one. Also if you are staying more than one night alteast they should change the bed sheet. Provide extra towels n remove piled trash in the room.

No juice, coffee, and good breakfast. There was an unexpected charge of $25 that the manager said would be retuned in three days. I hope I get the $25 return - I did not expect to pay $148.00

Staff was great, comfortable bed and roomy

Smelled of stale cigarettes and processed was too high for what it didn’t have.

Location was great

The bathroom appeared to have flooded in the past with paint peeling and a very poor job of corking the toilet and shower. Toilet had to be flushed 3-4times before contents flushed.

Breakfast was great the day I got to eat it. We were there for the Mississippi youth expo and had to be at our pins early. The location was excellent as it literally was next to the Expo. There are many locations to eat near by so that was even better. The closest Wal-Mart was about 12-15 minutes away just for future reference. There is 2 convenient stores right beside the hotel which made it even better for little items needed. The over all stay here was an excellent choice with plenty of different choices of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has plenty of security there with many cameras outside and even a guard who was located beside the entrance of the hotel. This made us feel even safer. Thank you so much!

As this doesn’t mean to much to us as we don’t need our room cleaned everyday. That would only be anything I would say could be a negative thing.

Location, comfortable beds

Room wasn't cleaned while we were there, our trash can stayed full, no towels or wash rags. Had to go down to front desk to ask for some. Then they didn't have wash rags so we had to bathe with hand towels.

Staff was kind

Hotel was very dirty. Toilet was not bolted down correctly. Bed skirt was not on correct. Black hairs on the bed when comforter moved back. Had to ask them to re-clean the room as it was too late to get my money back. Elevator looked as if it had peel and stick tile, that was also dirty looking. No elevator certificate, so I'm sure it was also not within code. I thought all Holiday Inn Express hotels were the same. I was VERY wrong. I paid $130 a night and would not have paid $50 a night to stay there. Whole place smelled of mildew and had a very "damp" feeling. I do not recommend.
