We reserved a king suite with 2 king beds, but was told they don’t offer that. Instead we received 1 king and a full size sofa bed for our family of 5. Our initial room was under renovation, very dirty and paint supplies everywhere. This was after having to activate our keys three times to get into our room. Our next room had 1 king bed and a pull out sofa bed. No linens in the room, and no cot available. The elevator was rickety and we were only offered an apology. Would not recommend!

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.

It smelled of old carpets, the shower wall had dirt and hair, the toilet was loose, there were parts of the floor board missing, lamps rusty, elevator seemed old and creaky.
