the location is great the staff was very friendly and, helpful

the TV could not connect to internet ,so my husband could not relax without his TV. relocated to another room. the same issue occurred. relocated to a third room, the tv worked until the morning the went out again. after spending all morning out and about upon our return to the hotel only to find the elevator is out of order and our room is on the 5th floor only one elevator located at the far end of the building. upon checking out we had to use the far elevator to exit the building but there was no ramp to use for the dolly only steps. we were in town for Class Reunion.

Out of ordern det bästa sättet att beskriva upplevelsen, när vi checkade in fick vi ingen upplysning om något, när vi kommer in med väskorna så är hissen trasig, vi frågar receptionen, och vi får veta att det finns en hiss i andra ändan av hotellet, tvättstugan var out of order, väl på rummet så fungerar inte tv, telefonen blinkar argt rött om att det finns meddelande, inget meddelande. En tröja löser blinkandet så vi kan sova, vid frukost var den bortplockade, receptionen glömde ju meddela tider, inför dag två frågar vi om tider i receptionen och får reda på 6-9:30 för frukost, kl 09:00 var vi där för frukost, och den var bortplockat det var tydligen fel tider vi fått av personalen. Och inget försök att hjälpa oss. Vid utcheckning får jag frågan om kvitto vilket jag vill ha, vilket var dumt för skrivaren ville inte fungera men till slut fick jag ett kvitto, och internetet var det långsammaste så det gick inte använda

Had to be moved from 308 to 305 and phones didn't operate in either rooms,coffee maker dirty still had used coffee/tea pods in them unsanitary Dangerous! Night shift attitude because of our concerns. Elevator broke had to walk up and down stairs or across entire building to a dirty service Elevator. I have disability this wasn't pleasant 😕. Aarp discount wasn't allowed and we were informed that a 10% discount included ,it was Not...Byron was professional but that didn't compensate us pay $304 for this hotel not being prepared for a holiday weekend,other staff constantlyon phone even as customers coming to check in?. There should have been discount rates with all the interruption of a visit to Bestwestern,...Also dogs were allowed in and near serving area of food prepared !

THe way the management lack of communication

Location was fine. The bed was comfortable.

The wifi connection was very poor so we could hardly watch TV in our room yet the wifi for the TV in the lobby was working perfectly. And the bathroom floor was very sticky had to use clorix wipes to clean the floor.

The bedding was in bad shape all ripped up. When arriving the trash from previous guest was still in trash can.
